At the end of 2011 the Czech-Dutch literary scene assembled in Amsterdam for the presentation of Markéta Pilátová’s novel My eyes will lead you home. My eyes will lead you home revolves around the ‘exile’ theme and the feeling it causes of not knowing where you feel at home. During the last decennium Pilátová lived, among other places, in Granada and São Paulo. Now she has returned to the city which plays a big role in her novel: Prague. After the presentation we got a chance to talk with her about Prague and the main theme of her novel.
